These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as „GTC“) govern the contractual relationship between Ringier Sports AG, Zurich (hereinafter referred to as „Ringier Sports“), as the operator of the streaming and OTT platform „RED+“ (hereinafter referred to as „RED+“), and the users of RED+ (hereinafter referred to as the „Users“ and individually as the „User“).

Ringier Sports offers Users the opportunity to purchase streaming services (subscriptions or individual products) on RED+.
